The young journalists will cover the events of the program at the International Children’s Press Center and share with their peers the key values ââof the program: friendship, equality, fairness, health, peace, dedication, victory, traditions and honor. Participants will also join in the official attempt to secure the program’s third GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS ⢠title.
Highlights include the draw for teams out of 14e May, the international online friendship camp of the 15e to 23rd May and the eWorld Football for Friendship 2021 Championship from the 27e to 29e May.
This year, for the first time, the national football academies whose players reach the final will receive a financial donation to develop children’s football and promote the Nine Values ââof the F4F program: EUR 25,000 for the winning team and EUR 10,000 for the runners at the top. Young players on the winning team will receive game consoles, while finalists will receive smartphones. The top three young journalists will each win a laptop.
Danilo Pejovic, young ambassador, Montenegro: âAs an F4F player in 2020, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people, which was very motivating for me and an emotional experience. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, F4F has been the best thing to happen to me in 2020. This year I am participating as a young journalist.
National football academies are invited to submit the names of children and young people aged 12 to 16 before May 1, 2021 by mail to the address [email protected] to participate in the ninth season of F4F.
