The Gazprom Board of Directors took note of the information regarding the gas supply of the Khabarovsk Territory from 2025.

It was pointed out that work is continuing at Gazprom to provide a reliable gas supply to consumers in the region.
In December 2021, the Company completed the construction and installation works of the extension of the Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok main gas pipeline on the section between Komsomolsk-on-Amur and Khabarovsk. The 390.8-kilometer section (including rescue chains and submerged crossings) is now full of gas.
The launch of the section will allow Gazprom to create the conditions to stimulate gas supply and the expansion of gas infrastructure in the Khabarovsk Territory, as well as to set up new connections for gas consumers in order to make them pass from the Okha – Komsomolsk-on-Amour gas pipeline. (does not belong to Gazprom).
At the same time, the Company continues to carry out the work necessary to transfer consumers from the Okha – Komsomolsk-on-Amour gas pipeline to the Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok gas pipeline. The work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The management committee was tasked with including in Gazprom’s investment program the activities related to the establishment of new connections for gas transport facilities located in the Khabarovsk Territory in order to switch them to the Sakhalin gas pipeline. – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok.
To date, Gazprom does not supply any gas to the Khabarovsk territory.
Gazprom and the Khabarovsk Territory are implementing the program of gas supply and expansion of gas infrastructure in the region for 2021-2025. The company’s investments in the program will total 5.49 billion rubles, a 3.2-fold increase from the investments made in the previous five-year period 2016-2020. Gazprom plans to build 14 inter-colony gas pipelines, 9.3 kilometers of pipeline branches and six gas distribution stations.
